This is a little creek that travels with Laurel Creek Road in the Great Smoky Mountains (Is it Laurel Creek?). After our visit to Cades Cove I pulled over to shoot along the creek with my long exposure filter (10 Stopper) while I left my wife in the car to nap. She's not a morning person. I sat down by this creek for about an hour or so with my bag of goodies and just shot away. It was a delightful moment this year that I often go back to when I'm angry at all the fucks I deal with at work. In the field of construction; everything is a deadline. So, it felt good to have nowhere to be, and time to kill.
